HERRIN

Air Force Airman Adam R. Herrin has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. Herrin is a 2005 graduate of Hays High School.

He is the son of MaryJo Herrin of Kyle and brother of Amber Herrin of Austin.

METZ

Dennis Metz, son of Dale and JoAnn Metz of Buda, graduated recently from Sulphur High School in Sulphur, Okla.

WEAVER

Gerald Wayne Weaver of Buda graduated from Southwestern University inGeorgetown, Texas on Saturday, May 10, 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business.

He is the son of Wayne and Loraine Weaver of Buda and a 2004 graduate of Hays High School.

Weaver was among 311 students receiving degrees this spring from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
