Jackson Tyler Norris, age 15, was taken from us to be with our Lord on June 22, 2011. Jackson was born April 9, 1996 in Austin and was a student at Jack C. Hays High School in Buda, Texas. He was active with Hays Hills Baptist Church youth activities and was a greeter and usher. He is survived by his parents, Rebecca and Anthony Norris and his sister Reagan Norris. He also leaves his maternal grandparents Margie and Jim Lawrence of La Grange and Bob Short of Walburg; paternal grandparents, Laverne and Wayne Norris of Rockne. He is also survived by uncles Bobby Short and Sean Norris and by cousins Hayley and Weston Short. Jackson was a blessing – he was loved by so many. A memorial service for Jackson was held Saturday, June 25 at 3 p.m. at Hays Hills Baptist Church.
