New principals at Pfluger, Live Oak

Staff Report on June 11, 2014

Two new Hays CISD principals will take the reins of Pfluger Elementary School and Live Oak Academy this fall.

Current Pfluger Assistant Principal Ashley Taylor was selected to lead that campus. Dr. Michael Watson from Gregory Portland ISD was selected as the new principal for Live Oak.

Taylor and Watson are replacing two career educators retiring this year — Pfluger Principal Robin Kelley and Live Oak Principal Julie Ruisinger.
