Blessing of the backpacks: Kyle UMC kids kick off the school year with special blessings
An array of pink, blue, black, Frozen-themed and zebra-striped backpacks were on display Sunday as the Kyle United Methodist Church held its annual Blessing of the Backpacks. Young parishioners got the chance to get a special blessing from the minister and congregation for the bags and backpacks they plan to use during the 2015 school year. See more photos here.
