Our dear friend and colleague, Deborah Pomeroy, passed away unexpectedly at her home last week on November 17, 2015.  She was a good friend, learned attorney, hard worker and caring individual.  She is survived by her husband, Rick Newell, and her beloved dog, Waldo, her brother, Mark (& wife Teresa), and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Webb and Juanita Pomeroy, her sister Leah Pomeroy Walters and her brother Allen Pomeroy.

Deborah always wanted a Mardi Gras themed “Celebration of Life” party upon her death so a pot luck celebration (Louisiana style food recommended) has been scheduled on:

Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Sage Hall at Texas Old Town located at 1205 Roland Lane, Kyle, Texas.   www.texasoldtown.com
