Calvin Coker, Hays 

An appearance on the mound in an NCAA Division 1 Regional capped a 3-3 season for Hays High alumnus and Auburn Tiger junior pitcher Calvin Coker. In his first season at Auburn, Coker finished with a 4.18 earned run average in 47.1 innings pitched. Coker had 29 appearances and had 39 strikeouts to 12 walks. Prior to Auburn, Coker played at Ranger College, where he had a 3.30 earned run average. Coker, according to the Auburn baseball website, posted a 2.00 ERA during his senio...
