A pair of first place finishes was won by the Buda/Kyle Blast youth baseball 9U and 10U baseball teams during April. On April 9, the Blast 10U program took 1st place in a tournament in Dripping Springs. Roughly a week later, the Blast 9U team took home first in a tournament played at the Central Texas Field of Dreams near Henly.
