Hays CISD teams compete at Destination Imagination regionals

Five Hays CISD teams traveled to Austin this past week to compete in the Capital Region Destination Imagination competition held at Connally High, with two programs advancing to the next round.

Schools represented include Carpenter Hill, Elm Grove, Fuentes, Kyle elementary schools and Dahlstrom Middle School.

One team received a special award, three teams medaled, and two of them qualified for advancement to the Affiliate (state) tournament which will be held on March 22-23 in Corpus Christi. A...
