Staff Report

The following information was provided by the Buda Police Department:

There was a single-vehicle occupant fatality that occurred at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, off RM 967 near Dahlstrom Middle School. No other vehicles were involved. The vehicle was not blocking as it had left the roadway and no significant property damage occurred.

An immediate family member was notified by another agency. The name of the individual involved was not released.
