Alexis Pointe mural almost complete

Painting to be unveiled in April

WIMBERLEY — The finishing touches to Alexis Pointe Senior Living’s community-involved art mural are almost complete.

The reveal celebration will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4 at 14390 Ranch Road 12 in Wimberley. The community is invited to see the final artwork and meet the residents, volunteers and artists who helped make the masterpiece come to life.

“We are working on the finishing touches for the mural this month,” said Katy Starr, community relations director of Alexis Pointe.

“The residents and everyone who has been involved in this project are really excited.”

“Alexis Pointe residents and volunteers have been plugging away at this art project since September 2022 and working alongside Chuck Cordes, our local mural artist designer,” Starr added. “We can’t wait to show you our beautiful, collaborative masterpiece!”

The Alexis Pointe culinary and refreshments team will provide a barbecue. Local vendors and musicians will be in attendance with live music.
