Dripping Springs opens Mercer Street public bathrooms

Members of the Dripping Springs City Council and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce cut the “ribbon” -— Dripping Springs-themed toilet paper — on the new public bathrooms on Mercer Street in downtown Dripping Springs Thursday, April 17.
