Kyle Police have confirmed the existence of four arrest warrants for the offense of manslaughter for Wilson Rene Molinares in connection with a vehicle accident on Feb. 19 that took the lives of four people including a 16-month-old boy.
Kyle Police sought and were granted those warrants from Hays County Pct. 2 Justice of the Peace Beth Smith.
Kyle Police Chief Jeff Barnett said his department is coordinating the execution of the warrants, taking into account Molinares’s medical condition and the ability to conduct the book-in and subsequent arraignment process. Barnett added that KPD is aware of Molinares’s location at all times.
