An early lead wasn’t enough to push the Lehman Lobo baseball team past the Anderson Trojans for its first district win of 2016.
Three Anderson runs scored in the fourth frame sunk Lehman as it fell 4-1 to Anderson.
Lehman drops its fifth straight game in a row. Lehman jumped out to an early 1-0 lead following an RBI single by Luis Jimenez.
But Anderson went on to score four unanswered runs the rest of the way to close the game.
Lehman pitcher Braden Sullins took the loss for Lehman. He struck out five batters while allowing three runs and three walks in four innings. Lehman hosts Austin High Thursday. First pitch set for 7 p.m.
