Gone to the Dawgs: Bowie plows past Hays 11-4

The Hays Rebels fell down early Friday night to the Bowie Bulldogs and were never able to battle back as they got blown out 11-4.

The Bulldogs came out fast in the first inning of the game. After a leadoff single and a four pitch walk, Joe Davis hit a towering homerun to left center to take a quick 3-0 lead. On the ensuing at bat, Bowie’s Kyle Gray swung at the second pitch and took it over the tall center field wall for back-to-back homeruns.
