Fifth-grader takes Southern Texas PGA Junior Tour championship

Elm Grove Elementary fifth grader Jacob Sosa took a Southern Texas PGA Junior Tour championship March 1 at the Lions Municipal Golf Course in Austin under less than favorable weather conditions.
