May 1 is Texas college signing day
Support Hays CISD seniors going on to post-secondary opportunities after graduation by wearing college apparel this Friday. Help celebrate success and show graduates how proud everyone is of their decisions.
Countdown to Kindergarten
Join Hays CISD at your child’s elementary campus for a come-and-go event to register incoming kindergarteners. The event will include a tour of the main areas of the campus. Parents will also receive helpful parent-child materials to use at home in preparing children for school in August. To register, bring the following items:
• Verification of address (utility bill)
• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s social security card
• Child’s immunization records
• Proof of guardianship (if needed)
• Parent’s driver’s license
Kindergarten registration will also be available at all elementary campuses during regular school hours on Friday, May 1, 2015.

The countdown takes place from 6-7:30 p.m. April 30 at all Hays CISD elementary campuses.
