Seven runs in the first two innings guided the Lake Travis Cavaliers to an 11-0 victory over the Hays Lady Rebels in six innings Tuesday at Lady Rebel Softball Field.
Lake Travis had 13 hits and one error, while Hays had six hits and three errors. Hays shortstop Alyssa Martinez was a highlight for the Rebels. Martinez went three-for-three at the plate and made several excellent defensive plays, including a put-out at home.
