On Sunday afternoon we’re hosting a Thai cooking event presented by Sap Apisaksiri, the owner of Sap’s Fine Thai Cuisine, and Mick Vann, the horticulturist, chef and food writer.
It’s always very exciting to have these experts at the nursery, and I thought it would be useful ahead of time to write about some of the herbs that are essential to successful Thai cooking, and the good news is that you can grow all of these very easily in your garden.
