September is Library Card Sign-Up Month

September is Library Card Sign-Up Month! In 1987, then Secretary of Education William J. Bennett said "Let's have a national campaign ... every child should obtain a library card – and use it."  The American Library Association’s Library Card Sign-up Month is one way that libraries work to achieve that goal. Of course, library usage isn’t limited to children; everyone in our community has access to the great resources available here!
