An elderly couple was found dead Tuesday morning after an apparent murder, suicide inside of a private hospital room at Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC).
According to media reports, San Marcos Police responded to the hospital at 7:49 a.m. when the daughter of an 85-year-old woman found her mother and an 87-year-old man shot dead in her mother's hospital room.
