Kyle Police Officer David Saenz was one of a few dozen motorcycle police officers from Texas and beyond who participated in the Motorcycle Chute Out in Buda. Held May 29-30 at Cabela’s, the officers competed in several obstacle courses and other challenges. Saenz took part in the speed course and another challenge where officers had to ride around a tight circle of cones without stalling or falling. He said the competition helps him become a better rider. Two officers from Hays County Sheriff’s Office, Dep. Daniel Duggans and Dep. Daniel Gandle also participated in the Team Ride and three other events.
