Kyle Police search for missing man

The Kyle Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man who went missing Sunday morning. 


Police are searching for Juan Gonzalez, 63, who was last seen Sunday at 11:30 a.m. in Kyle. Gonzalez is described as 5'9" in height and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and has a beard. Gonzalez was last seen wearing a large red long sleeved shirt. He also has a prosthetic right leg. He also typically wears a cotton ball in his right ear. 


According to Kyle Police, Gonzalez was last seen at or around 23601 IH-35 frontage road in Kyle talking to a male and two female subjects. 


Gonzalez utilizes a maroon and red walker with a black seat. He also carries a tan walking cane. He is known to frequent an address off of Georgian Drive in Austin. 


Kyle Police Chief Jeff Barnett is asking residents to be on the lookout for Gonzalez. Anyone with information on his whereabouts are asked to call Kyle Police at 512-268-3232.
