Despite heavy rains that dampened the grounds on Sept. 28, Buda’s second annual Fajita Fiesta saw an increase in hotel room occupancy and more cooking teams and vendors make their way to Buda City Park this year. In addition, the Buda Area Chamber of Commerce, which hosted the event, along with the City of Buda spent roughly 5,000 more dollars toward advertising.
