BUDA — To help engage kids in the fun and therapeutic benefits of creativity, Inspired Minds Art Center in Buda has opened registration for its spring break and summer camps.
Inspired Minds co-owner Sinead Whiteside encourages campers to register early, as slots are expected to fill quickly. Camp capacity is small to keep families safe from COVID-19; with smaller groups, they are able to do more engaging hands-on projects and science experiments. All of the supplies are included in the tuition.
While spring break only lasts for a few days, Whiteside said they are offering a wide range of themed camps during the summer.
“Our theatre camps immerse kids in all aspects of the theatre, from set design to stage combat to playwriting,” Whiteside said. “All of our art and theatre camps get kids to think outside the box while reinforcing the communication, collaboration and cooperation skills that are so important in developing a successful society that embraces diversity and forward thinkers.”
