The Hays County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a man seen in the Hays High School concession stand. According to a posting on the social media neighborhood networking site, Nextdoor, the man was seen in the Hays High School concession stand at approximately 2:15 a.m. July 28. The sheriff's office is asking anyone with information to contact a department detective.
HCSO wrote, "Please look at this picture and see if you can identify this subject. He was seen in the area of Hays High School concession stand with a fawn-colored Boxer (dog). If you have information on this subject's identity, please contact Detective Nelson Wray @ [email protected] or 512-393-7820."
