Blanket donations needed
The Connection Church in Buda is working to donate new or gently used blankets to the elderly in a nursing home this holiday season. The group will take their donations to the home on Dec. 5. The goal is 90 blankets. Email Dena at [email protected] to see how you can make your donation today.
Community Shred Day
Greater Texas Federal Credit Union is hosting a free community shredding day on Dec. 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kyle location (5433 Kyle Center Dr.). Santa will also be there to see who’s being naughty and nice. Come out for a fun morning to meet Santa and shred all your confidential documents for free.
