Following a similar trend to the General Election on May 9, Kyle City Council District 5 candidate Damon Fogley and District 6 challenger Daphne Tenorio jumped into the lead after the release of early voting totals for Saturday's runoff elections.
For the at-large District 5 seat, Fogley leads candidate Jaime Sanchez by 133 votes. Meanwhile in the runoff for the single member District 6 seat, Tenorio gained a slight lead over incumbent Tammy Swaton by a margin of six votes.
