‘Swinging for a Cause’ to strike out cancer
The Camino Real softball tournament benefitting Relay for Life has been rescheduled. Due to heavy rains, the event has been rescheduled for June 27. Form a team or join a team to support someone who is fighting cancer, to honor someone who fought cancer, or to memorialize someone who lost their life to cancer. There will be food vendors on hand at the event. Takes place June 27 at the Buda Sportsplex. Last day of school for Hays CISD
The last day of school for all students at Hays CISD is June 3.
She Kills Monsters
The Lehman High School Theatre Troupe will perform “She Kills Monsters”. Takes place at 7 p.m. May 22 at the Lehman High School H100 Theatre.
Spring Choir Concert
Enjoy the music of the Wallace Middle School choir as it performs its spring concert. Takes place beginning at 6:30 p.m. May 29 at the Hays CISD Performing Arts Center. The event is free and open to the public.
High school graduations
The Class of 2015 graduations will take place as follows:
June 3
Lehman High – 4 p.m.
Hays High – 8 p.m.
Both of these ceremonies will take place at Strahan Coliseum on the campus of Texas State University in San Marcos.
June 4
Live Oak Academy
6 p.m. at the Hays CISD Performing Arts Center.
