Few Hays CISD campus traditions produce more annual smiles than the Negley Elementary Kinder Pet Parade. That recurring early October rite of fall is always a sure thing to produce excitement, warmth, and those exuberant smiles – from the Navigator kinder students, as well as their family members who help with marshaling all those pets – almost exclusively of the canine variety this year – into an actual parade.
