District’s Jimenez honored after 15 years with HCISD

Hays CISD’s Irene Jimenez along with her husband Abraham Torres-Mendoza was feted with a retirement party at Central Office, a gathering attended by many district administrators, campus principals and APs, and a host of friends. Jimenez, who served as the HCISD Director of Bilingual, ESL, and Migrant Programs, spent the last 15 years of her 27-year career here, building programs that meet critical needs for many HCISD students.
