A tow truck operator stands atop an overturned 18-wheeler with a steel cable in hand as he prepares to help set the line meant to get the vehicle right-side-up Monday. Morning commuters were given quite the sight Monday as the big rig carrying lime rolled over on the Kyle Crossing bridge. The accident happened at around 4:30 a.m. and no injuries were reported.
