Hearts for Hays Heroes flood relief benefit
July 11 1-6 p.m., Supporters of Law Enforcement presents a flood relief benefit with all of the proceeds going to Hays County law enforcement, first responders and teachers who were affected by the Memorial Day flood. There will be live music, BBQ plates and family fun. The event takes place at First Christian Church at 3105 Ranch Road 12 in San Marcos.
Movies at Lake Kyle: Neverending Story
Join Kyle PARD July 10 for a showing of “Neverending Story” at Lake Kyle. Movies start 30 minutes after sunset. For more information, visit the city of Kyle website.
Concerts for a Cause
Down South Railhouse in Kyle will host this season’s Concerts for a Cause. July’s concert will feature music by Brotherhood of the Girl and benefits PAWS Shelter and Humane Society. Concerts for a Cause is a way to raise awareness of and money for some of the local Hays County charities that work to make this “simply charming” county an even better place to live.
