New program geared toward connecting kids to technology

The Hays CISD Education Foundation began rolling out its big "Connecting Kids to Technology" campaign this week. The blockbuster fund-raiser, planned for a five-week span that starts soon, anticipates a total of $150,000 that will be devoted to enhancing technology access at the district's elementary and middle schools.
