Lehman High point guard Genjiro Gushiken (10) tries for a layup against an Alamo Heights defender on Tuesday. The Lobos took Heights, the top ranked team in class 4A, to the brink of an upset. Unfortunately, a fourth quarter surge by Heights was too much, as Lehman fell 79-65 at the Lobo Den. Lehman only trailed Heights 37-35 at halftime, and was within six at the end of the third quarter.
