Due to spring break, the Buda Chamber of Commerce lunch will be held on Wednesday, March 19. The group will meet at the Onion Creek Senior Center located at 420 Barton’s Crossing in Buda with Mayor Todd Ruge as guest speaker.
Another third Thursday dance coming up at the Onion Creek Senior Center on March 20 starting at 6 p.m. The country & western dance is open to the public with live music by Rob Carter. Cost is $5 per person and food will be available for purchase.
On Thursday, March 27 there will be a “live” and “silent” auction at the Onion Creek Senior Center in Buda starting at 10 a.m. Auctioneer will again be Leroy Opiela and a fajita lunch will be available at 12:15. Do come out for a fun time and also to support the area senior citizens.
Start doing your spring-cleaning and find all that unwanted stuff so that you can rent space for the Indoor/Outdoor Garage Sale on Saturday, April 5 at Onion Creek Senior Center in Buda. Anniversary wishes go out to Wanda and Vince Geraci, married 12 years on March 9; Janice and Kenneth Bigham, married 61 years on March 10 and Wanda and Louis Townsend will have been married 50 years on March 14. Congratulations to all.
