Hays County, along with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), will host an open house meeting tomorrow, April 8, regarding the FM 150 West Alignment study.The agencies, in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, are considering a realignment of a five-mile section of FM 150 from Arroyo Ranch Road east through Kyle to Interstate 35. The purpose, according to officials, is to enhance safety and mobility.
At the open house, no formal presentation will take place. Attendees will view project maps, environmental constraints, visit one-on-one with project team members, ask questions and share comments on the project.
The open house takes place from 6-8 p.m. April 8 at Wallace Middle School in Kyle. The meeting will take place in English and Spanish.
