A wonderful son, father and very dear special friend was called by our Heavenly Father. Daren Russell Jeffcoat, 55, was born in Austin, Texas on February 10, 1959 to Bobby & Joy L. Jeffcoat and passed away in Kyle on Monday, April 14, 2014.
He was a graduate of Crockett High School where he was active in sports including baseball and football. He also had a love for motorcross in his youth. He was a life-long Texas Longhorn supporter and also loved to watch Nascar. He loved to cook and was the type of person that could strike up a conversation and make friends anywhere he went. He was truly a genuine man. Daren was a dear person and very simple in every way. His heart was as big as the universe and was special to all who knew him. He is survived by his two daughters, Brittney and Jennifer. Graveside services were held Thursday, April 17 at Live Oak Cemetery.
