Spring Jamboree Train Show
The Spring Jamboree, an annual train show, will take place March 15-16 at the New Braunfels Civic Center, 375 South Castell Avenue. Sponsored by the New Braunfels Railroad Museum, the event will feature large, model train layout exhibits, the famous Kids Run, the Train Layout, a Lego Train Layout and between 50-60 vendors. Refreshments will be available, with plenty of door prizes, silent auction and free train ride tickets for the Landa Park Miniature Railroad for children up to age 10. WAG Rescue
Come meet our precious pups on March 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Treasures on Twelve, 13620 RR 12, Building A in Wimberley. All have been vetted, dewormed and had their shots. Available adult dogs will be there, too. All dogs have been fully vetted, are heartworm negative, microchipped and have been spayed or neutered. We do not have a facility, but we are always willing to arrange a meet & greet with our dogs at our store, Contact us at [email protected] and we will set up a convenient time. DIY ePublishing workshop
Aspiring authors are invited to the San Marcos Public Library at 2:30 on March 15 for a free DIY ePublishing workshop. Dr. Karen Hulene Bartell, professor emeritus of the University of Texas at Austin and St. Edward’s University, as well as a published author of thirty years, will cover topics such as marketing, distribution, and other common questions` about self-publishing.
