The Hays High swim team completed their 2013-14 season at the region meet at the Palo Alto Junior College Aquatic Center in San Antonio on Feb. 8. Twelve Rebel swimmers qualified for the regional meet at the District 28-4A swim meet, with Jack Ostrand and Gabe Cavazoz winning district titles.
