Hays CISD created a survey in which participants would vote on potential names for the two new cosmetology salons that will open in the fall at both Hays and Lehman high schools. The winning names? Hair by Hays and Lobo Looks. The opening of the two new programs will be impacted by whether or not Hays CISD voters approve the $59 million bond referendum in May.
