The owners of Hair Therapy, Valarie Phipps and Jenifer Oritz, welcomed members of the Kyle Chamber of Commerce last week for their official ribbon cutting event. Situated in an old house at 206 Moore Street at the Interstate 35 access road, Hair Therapy opened its doors several months ago.
