Matthew W. Wells of Kyle, born Jan. 10, 1971 in Houston, TX, passed away Jan. 21, 2014 in Kyle, TX.
He is survived by his parents Curtis and Elizabeth Wells of Uhland, TX; sister Leigh Wells Schuelke of Lockhart, TX and brother-in-law Brad Schuelke; brother Will Wells of San Antonio, TX; and nephews Cole Schuelke, Evan Schuelke, Xavier Schuelke of Lockhart, TX.
Matt graduated in 1989 from Hays High School as Salutatorian. He graduated from Texas State University in 1995 and worked at Texas Department of Insurance as a certified financial analyst until 2005 when he could no longer work due to his Multiple Sclerosis.
Matt was well-loved and known for his sense of humor, intelligence and unique perspective. The family is extremely grateful for the outpouring of love and support from many friends and the community at this difficult time.
