At its board meeting in January, the Kyle Chamber Board of Directors unanimously voted to approve relocating its office from 103 S. Front St. to 401 Center St., effective April 1, 2014.
The current office, located in the back of the VFW building, occupies approximately 800 square feet.
According to Kyle Chamber CEO Julie Snyder, “The new chamber office provides an increased visitor information area, individual offices for chamber staff, and a meeting room, all of which are currently lacking at our current location.
Still located in downtown Kyle, the new chamber office is visible from the street and has a large parking area that will accommodate members and visitors.”
Kyle Mayor Lucy Johnson said, “We are happy to see the chamber move into a space they can call their own and where they can continue to grow and be successful. The City of Kyle is committed to continuing our partnership with the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce and grateful for all of their hard work in our community.”
New chamber chair Anthony Baragas of Chick-fil-A, said, “The board is ready to make the move and dive right in to what looks to be a busy and prosperous 2014.”
