Cindy Lou Tyler (2014)

The family of Cindy Lou Tyler is sad to announce her passing on Sunday, March 9, 2014, after a long struggle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).


Cindy was the youngest of seven children of Pete and Edna Tyler of Kyle, Texas and she had lived her entire life in the central Texas area. She was born December 2, 1957, in Buda, Texas and grew up in Kyle. She was very gifted in music and loved dancing. She was very proud of her two children and her grandchildren. She enjoyed many pleasant memories of her loving parents, siblings and their many offspring.



She is predeceased by her parents and brother, James Dennis Tyler.


Cindy is survived by her two sons, Spencer Thomas Clark and his wife, Amanda, of Reedville, TX; and Mark Russell Line, Jr., of Manhattan, KS. She is also survived by her brothers, Kenneth Doyle Tyler and wife Nancie Lee of La Grange, TX; Wendall Thomas Tyler and wife Audrey of Round Rock, TX; Ernest Joe Tyler and wife Beverly of Cedar Creek, TX; sisters Betty Sue Ouellette of Victoria, TX and Marilyn Ann Jordan and husband Foster Jordan of Martindale, TX; sister-in-law Patti Tyler, surviving spouse of James Dennis Tyler. Cindy is also survived by her two grandchildren, Spencer Thomas Clark, Jr. and Jasper Eddie Clark and numerouse nieces and nephews.


A memorial service will be held to honor and celebrate her life on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 1 p.m., at the New Hope Baptist Church, located at the intersection of Hwy 80 and Hwy 21.
