A great turnout for the “grand” opening of Little Bluebird, Red Door and Old Main Street Station on Saturday, March 22. Many old friends came by and many new friends were made. Drawing for door prizes were given out to numerous customers but the luckiest one was Kate Pierce, winner of a pair of cowboy boots. Pierce of Arlington, Texas, was in town visiting with her Buda sister, Amy Rohsner.
Members of the Onion Creek Senior Citizens would like to thank all the folks that participated in the live and silent auction last week at the center. Money from the auctions and lunch totaled $5,942 (before expenses).
