Each year Buda United Methodist Church holds a Faith in Action Sunday where workers do community service. This past Sunday, about 20 boy scouts and about 10 adult scouters completed a Faith in Action project on Prickley Pear Pass in the Coves of Cimarron housing development. The scouts shoveled, moved dirt by wheelbarrow, and raked with iron rakes several cubic yards of topsoil. The troop members who participated earned three service hours. (Courtesy photo)
