By ANDY SEVILLA

Updated: Nathanael Eddleman, who was arrested Thursday on a third-degree felony in connection with the hit-and-run case from April 2013 that killed Phillip Duran, was released from the Hays County Jail on a $10,000 bond. The Hays Free Press reported earlier that his bail was set at $50,000, which is the amount originally listed in the 18-year-old's jail records.
