The Hays Rebel’s Kendall Shaw and Jared Gutierrez will travel to Washington, D.C. this summer on an all-expense paid trip from Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC). Selected from about 500 entries, the pair will serve as youth delegates as part of the annual PEC summer tour.
