Public meetings tonight and Sept. 9 on Bunton Creek Rd. reconstruction

The city of Kyle is holding two public stakeholder meetings on the proposed Bunton Creek Rd. reconstruction.

Meetings are scheduled for this evening and again on Sept. 9, both beginning at 7 p.m. at Kyle Fire Department, Station  #2, located at 150 Bunton Creek Rd, Kyle.

Proposed changes include reconstruction and widening of certain sections of the existing two-lane roadway.  No homes or buildings will be displaced; however, additional property will be needed to widen the roadway.  The project schematic will denote the areas where property is needed for permanent and temporary construction conditions. The preliminary project schematic will be available for viewing and discussion at the  stakeholders meeting.
