The sheen of freshly waxed helmets was on display across the state on Monday, as all UIL schools started preseason football practice for the 2014 season. Hays and Lehman, which took part in spring football, were two of the teams that kicked off their practice sessions this week. Next week, we’ll take a look into how the Rebels and Lobos fared in their first full week of camp.
